Shampoo & conditioner:

  • Try an oil, such as coconut or olive ($)

  • Buy the kind made from and individually wrapped in recycled paper, and boxed in cardboard ($)

  • Invest in a bidet attachment or reusable cloth toilet paper/wipes (∞)

Toilet bowl cleaner:

  • Give a homemade version a try or buy it in bulk ($$)

Epsom & bath salts/bombs:

  • Purchase these package free from a bulk store ($)

Toothbrush:

  • Swap to a bamboo one with biodegrable bristles ($$$)

Toothpaste & mouthwash:

  • Both of these can now be bought in bulk ($$$)

  • Try out toothpaste tablets ($$$)

Floss:

  • Opt for the refillable kind, which also comes in a vegan version ($)

Tongue scraper:

  • Purchase a metal one in place of the plastic kind (∞)
